Scenic City Learning Center, LLC was founded in 2026. It is locally owned and operated by Dr. Kathy D. Sexton, MBA, DMIST.
Dr. Sexton worked in the technology industry for thirty-five years, and tutored English, Math, ACT and SAT Test Prep since 2021.

We live in a busy fast paced world which makes coordinating family schedules a challenge. With Scenic City Learning Center, you won't spend valuable time driving and fighting traffic to a learning center. We come to you. Our tutors meet you at your desired location or online.
The savings from eliminating the cost of a center is passed on to our clients.
